Heart Readings

'Heart Matters Therapy' has been created by myself with the intention of helping anyone who feels the need to understand their actions, emotions and illnesses at the deepest level.

The technique is simple. A series of questions are asked and you choose from a display of cards the ones you are most drawn to. The cards will reveal your emotional response via your subconscious, revealing information that you may not be aware of on the conscious level.

From here, if you choose, you can begin to heal the hidden and often supressed emotions.
Sometimes, just bringing them into your conscious awareness automatically begins the process.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The session is held via facetime in a safe, loving and non judgemental environment and is concluded with advice, a positive affirmation and accompanying symbol to take away.

'Heart Readings' are a deep, thought provoking therapy which literally does help you get to the heart of any matter.

According to Louise Hay, among many others, Illnesses & unrest are often caused by emotional blockages which are not always that easy to locate.
 
The reading is extremely revealing on many levels.
It will reveal what emotional blockages exist currently that are causing you illness or stopping you from moving on in life.

It has been scientifically studied and realised that thought patterns take 28 days to integrate into your reality.
For example if you believe you are 'insignificant or not worthy' then this will be revealed in the reading and a new thought pattern of 'I am needed, and of great significance to those around me' might be your new thought pattern to repeat for 28days to make it part of your new reality.
You might believe 'I never have enough money', this would be changed to 'money flows to me like water'. Anything is changeable if you apply the universal rules.
You have the power to change absolutely everything in your reality.

This reading can help to show you your big picture, as well as the important blockages that could be causing you extreme dis-ease or unrest, or simply stopping you from moving forward in your life.

HOW TO BOOK
You can leave an sms or WhatsApp message at 07542434856 requesting a 'Heart Reading'.
You will then be contacted to arrange the meeting.
I will send you 2 photos so you will need to have easy access to view them via your phone/ipad or laptop.
Here you can decide if you would like your reading via telephone or facetime.
You will then be given a date and time to meet.
It will last approx 1 hour to 90mins at a cost of £50
You will be sent all of your reading results immediately after the reading for you to go through in your own time.
